1General Introduction

u365 reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any user. Deposits, withdrawals, or access to games may be restricted until verification is complete.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).

New members on u365 can receive a welcome bonus of up to 200% on their first deposit, with a maximum of ৳15,000. To receive this bonus, a specified minimum deposit amount must be made and the bonus wagering requirement of 20 times must be met.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Wagering conditions must be met before bonus funds can be converted to cash.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless separately stated.
• Betting limits may apply when wagering with bonus funds.
• u365 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or limit bonus offers at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus may be forfeited and the account may be closed.

5.3 VIP Program

The u365 VIP Program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Members advance to higher tiers based on regular betting activity. Weekly cashback benefits: Bronze — up to 0.4%, Silver — up to 0.8%, Gold — up to 1.1%, Platinum — up to 1.5%. A specified betting amount must be wagered in the relevant week to receive cashback benefits.

6Betting Rules

6.1 Betting Rules

All bets placed on u365 are final and cannot be cancelled after confirmation. Separate rules apply for bets placed after a game has started or during a live event. u365 reserves the right to refund bets cancelled due to technical errors.

6.2 Cricket Betting

Betting is available on all international cricket events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments. If a match is cancelled or revised due to rain or weather conditions, the relevant cricket board's decision will apply in determining the betting outcome.

7Prohibited Activities

• Using fraudulent or manipulative methods in betting or games.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Engaging in fraudulent conduct toward other users.
• Misconduct or threatening behavior toward u365 staff.

8Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure by u365

u365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for breach of terms, suspected fraud, provision of false information, or any other valid reason. An account may be suspended in urgent situations before an opportunity to show cause is given.

8.2 Closure by the User
